Solid Stay in Convenient Location

friendly staff modern amenities tasty option
The staff was friendly and accommodating, assisting with directions and local recommendations. My room had city views (from the upper floors), and it featured modern amenities. I found the on-site restaurant convenient after a long day of travel, offering several tasty options. I appreciated how quiet my room was, and it allowed for a restful night.
The gym equipment felt outdated, and I think a few newer machines would be a worthwhile investment.
Location
9/10
The hotel offers easy access to main attractions (most within a short walk) and the bus station is quite close by. This made exploring the city very convenient for me. There is also a tourist office located nearby, providing information and assistance.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offers a restaurant and bar for dining and drinks, which I found very useful. A parking garage is located around the corner from the hotel. A gym is also available who want to work out .

Repeat Stay Recommended

early room dietary choices hotel parking
My room was ready early, a great bonus for me. Breakfast offered specific choices for dietary needs, accommodating various requests. The price was fair considering the location, and I secured parking in the hotel car park. The staff offered excellent customer service .
During check-in, I experienced a fairly pointless process because I was asked to check in online yet still had to queue and check in again in person.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has parking available , though spaces might be limited the gym has several cardio machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes, for those wanting to keep up with their fitness routines while traveling it provides convenience.
Rooms
9/10
The standard double room included a well kept bathroom with two separate sinks the room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower was adequate. The provided amenities added convenience .
Service
10/10
The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable the breakfast service was efficient and accommodating. The staff promptly addressed my queries I found the customer service satisfactory the team was very professional.

significant noise poor menu
The staff was very friendly, acceptable. They seemed genuinely helpful..
My room was not quiet. With the window open, the noise was significant. Closing the window made the room stuffy, though I still managed to sleep. I did not understand any of the food on the menu, so I asked the waiter for a plain toasted special. He got angry and asked me to read the menu again.

a bit of a mixed bag, honestly

empty machines incorrect price
The snack machines were a joke. Practically empty. i inquired about laundry, and the front desk quoted €12 per bag. imagine my surprise when the bill was €20. when i questioned it, they just shrugged and said, sorry, you were told wrong. it is just annoying to be lied to.
